Online Admission Form

1.  Date:   18/08/2025 (Monday) to 31/10/2025 (Friday)

1/10, 6/10, 7/10, 29/10 the school will be day off.

2.  Time:   9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays) 

                9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Saturday)

 3.  Application fee: HK$40 (pay at the same time when submitting the application form). The application fee is non-refundable whether the  application is successful or not.

 4.  Submission method:

a)  Submit the application through the online application system, and the application fee can be paid online.

b)  Submit the application form in person, and pay the application fee in cash.

* Must include all the required document & a copy of children’s birth certificate

Before filling out the online registration form, please prepare the following documents:

  1. A recent photo of the student (file format: jpeg, jpg, png; the maximum file size is 10MB)
  2. A copy of the student’s birth certificate (file format: jpeg, jpg, png, pdf; the maximum file size is 10MB)
  3. Copy of Catholic Baptismal Certificate (if any)
  4. Photocopy certificates of Graduation of the children’s parents and siblings studying in our kindergarten (if any)
  5. After the registration process is completed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail upon successful completion of the registration process”. Please check the email Inbox and the junk mailbox as well.
  1. The original copy of student’s birth certificate (for verification), and one copy (for record) (*If mailed, only a copy is required)
  2. The child’s personal passport photo (33 x 48mm)
  3. 4 self-addressed envelopes, stamped at HK$2.20 each
  4. Photocopy Certificate of Baptismal (if any)
  5. Photocopy certificates of Graduation of the children’s parents and siblings studying in our kindergarten (if any)

* If failed to submit the above documents, application will not be considered.

Application for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”

1.    child who can receive education in Hong Kong will only be issued a registration document and all Scheme-KGs can only admit children holding a valid registration document.

2.    Parents are required to apply for the Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission (hereafter referred to as “RC”) to the EDB from September to November 2025. The RC will be open for applications in September 2025 and the EDB will announce and upload the details of the application onto the EDB’s website (https://www.edb.gov.hk/en/edu-system/preprimary-kindergarten/kindergarten-k1-admission-arrangements/2627_admission_arrangements.html) in due course. Upon receipt of the applications with all necessary information and documents provided, the EDB will generally take six to eight weeks to complete processing of the applications and issue the e–RC to applicants who are eligible to receive a subsidy under the Scheme by email/post. Suppose a child cannot obtain an RC as he/she can receive education in Hong Kong but is not eligible to receive a subsidy under the Scheme. In that case, the EDB will then issue a Kindergarten e-Admission Pass (hereafter referred to as “e-AP”) to the child concerned for registration and admission to a Scheme-KG. Still, the parents concerned are required to pay full school fees before deduction of subsidy under the Scheme as shown on the Fees Certificate of the KG to which the child is admitted.

 

Admission Criteria

1.    Interview performance 

2.     The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the KG will be given due priority consideration.

3.     The applicant from families in need of whole-day classes will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole-day classes.

(As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)

 

Interview Arrangements

  1. Interviews will begin for all new students on November 1, 2024, and parents will be notified separately.
  2. Group and/or individual interviews will be arranged
  3. Parents should accompany their child for the interview

Announcement of Admission Results  

We will inform parents of the K1 admission results before 14/11/2025 by post.

 
 

Registration Arrangements

  1. Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 8-9/1/2026 (Centralised Registration Dates) by submitting the e-RC / e-AP to the KG and paying the registration fee.
  2. Applicants on the waiting list: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the KG. Parents are required to submit the RC / AP to the KG and pay the registration fee.
  3. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the RC / AP during registration, the KG may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to apply to the registration document to the EDB within the specified period.

The registration fee for 2026/27 Half-day class is $ 970, and Whole-day class is $ 1570. If the child concerned studies in the KG, the registration fee paid will be refunded in September, 2026. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the KG in writing. The KG will return the RC / AP as soon as possible but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the RC / AP, the KG will no longer keep the school place for the child.
